React Job: FULLSTACK SOFTWARE ENGINEER

At this moment, Kelly Services is looking for a Fullstack Software Engineer (M/F) to directly integrate our client, located in Lisbon.

Responsibilities:

• Work independently as well as in small teams to develop the best product on the market;
• Implement a scalable, stable, and user-friendly product that can handle big growth;
• Collaborate with experienced software engineers in the design, development and maintenance stages of Apps;
• Work well in a modern agile software engineering environment (with source code control, dev/stage/prod release cycle, extensive testing, and continuous deployment);
• Solve challenging technical problems and put the very best skills to the test every day;
• Enhance usability and solve technical issues;
• Rapidly iterate on design prototypes and working applications.
  

Required Skills:

• Software engineering background;
• 2+ years experience with design and development of large-scale web applications;
• Passion for producing clean, standards-compliant, secure code;
• Proficiency of front-end technologies and React or Angular frameworks;
• Proficient in HTML, CSS and JavaScript and/or TypeScript;
• Automation, Unit Testing & Integration Testing experience;
• Top-notch programming skills, ability to produce quality code that is maintainable, efficient, reliable and secure;
• Be fearless about learning new technologies and technical approaches to application development;
• Good written and spoken English.
  

Nice to Have:

• Proficiency in TypeScript;
• Familiar with Git, Firebase, No-SQL and ElasticSearch;
• Experience working in CI/CD (continuous integration/continuous deployment);
• Experience in TDD;
• Experience in other languages like Kotlin, Elixir, Java, Python;
• Experience in working with a globally distributed team;
• Experience in the Agile development methodology/Kanban.
